Processing and preorders
In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
For preorders, the dispatch date shown with the selected variant applies.
We ship with DHL Kleinpaket or DHL Standard, depending on parcel size.
Shipping costs
Free shipping to EU destinations on orders of €50 or more.
- Germany & Austria: 6.50 EUR; free shipping from 50 EUR.
- Other EU countries in the EUR shipping zone: 13.99 EUR; free shipping from 50 EUR.
- Denmark: 100 DKK; free shipping from 370 DKK.
- Poland: 55 PLN; free shipping from 215 PLN.
- Sweden: 70 SEK; free shipping from 550 SEK.
- Switzerland: 15.95 CHF; free shipping from 65 CHF.
- Norway: 155 NOK; free shipping from 550 NOK.

Transit time estimates
Estimated transit times after dispatch, in business days
Germany: DHL Standard usually 1–2; DHL Kleinpaket usually 2.
Austria: about 2. Other EU destinations: usually 2–7, depending on country; Azores and Madeira: 9–11. Norway: 5–7 with DHL Paket International Economy.
These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing time is additional. Islands, remote areas, customs and current transport disruptions can take longer.
Shipping to Switzerland
Swiss orders are handled via our logistics partner MeinEinkauf / ME Swiss Logistics, including customs clearance and onward delivery. The direct DHL transit estimate to Switzerland does not describe this route; please follow the tracking information for your order.
